CONSTRUCTION FEATURES: The PELLET STOVE GEAR MOTOR
The gearbox housing is made of die-cast
zamak and incorporates the fixings for the application. The kinematic chain
of the gears consists of: motor shaft with helical teeth,
fast gears in special plastic materials and slow gears in
sintered steel. This system guarantees high reliability
allowing the K 911 gearmotors the possibility of applications in
cold environments (e.g. refrigerators) and hot environments (e.g. ovens). The box of the
reducer has 6 through fixing holes and 5 fixing holes
threaded with max. of 4 mm. AC motors
(B.C). The dimensions of the motors are fixed as regards the
width and height (61 x 61 mm) The windings of the coils are
made by means of an automatic system equipped with control
wire-stabilized tensioning. The electrical connections are
made using faston 6.3 x 0.8 applied with the innovative system a
seamless insulation perforation
